CAIT offers Many Project Management Courses:
These courses range from 2-3 days in duration and offer professionals at all levels of enterprise an opportunity to improve their ability to coordinate and manage their activity for greater productivity and performance.
Certificate Track in Project Management:
This track encompasses 90 hours of study across required foundation coursework and electives to help tailor the training to the student's particular interests and need. Courses can be taken in a daytime or evenings and/or weekend format. Required coursework for certification can be taken within 2 years of beginning.
Advanced Certificate Track in Project Management:
The advanced project management certificate builds upon the fundamental certificate (above) and offers access to a 'Mastery Track' for the dedicated professional. This certificate requires commitment to a 10-day lockstep and cohort program of intensive study across 10 weeks. The program is composed of 4 courses with durations of 3 days, 3 days, 2 days and 2 days, scheduled 3 weeks apart.
CAIT Project Management Roundtable:
The PMRT has been in continuous existence for 5 years. Each year's program is similar but different in details of topics, number and durations of sessions, format, etc. Typically, professionals involved in project management from across the St. Louis region convene for ½-day sessions that run monthly for 6-8 months beginning early in the calendar year. Each session addresses a topic through presentations, activities and participant interaction/facilitated discussion. This unique learning environment allows individuals or teams to share insights and experience as well as help advance the state-of-the-art in project management. Discussion, surveys, interviews and other research have contributed directly to the CAIT Project Management coursework and certificate programs described above.
PMP® Concepts Review and Exam Preparation:
This course is designed to help those who seek PMI® certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®). The application process is described along with suggestions on preparation and study. The PMBOK® and its 9 knowledge areas, 5 process groups and 44 processes are reviewed for content and interactive relationships.

CAIT is a Registered Educational Provider (R.E.P.) of PMI® with PDU's available for each course or activity attended.

Graduate Certificate in Project Management:
CAIT is part of Washington University's Sever Institute where graduate academic credit for project management study is available.
